{A weekend in the country}

Ah, so it's that time of the week again - Monday morning. A new week and with it lots of exciting interiors shaped news to bring you. We spent a weekend of fun and frolics in the countryside, enjoying the summery weather as we explored the networks of country lanes. The nostalgia of a few dreamy days in the countryside has clearly rubbed off on us: when these images of the gorgeous new Cath Kidson kitchen products popped into our inbox this morning, we new they had to get straight up on Bright.Bazaar.

  2. I go through phases of loving country, we live in a cottage and when we first moved in, went cottage over the top, matching frilly and flower everything! Now I tend to be a little more restrained. I like to mix old and new. Though if I could live in any home I think I would love the high celings of a Victorian town house, but it would have to have a garden.

  3. I love the handles on that silverware, Will, and those canisters are really cute. I might use the canisters in other ways too {might be nice for storing things in a little girl's room, or holding ribbons and such in a craft studio}.

  4. @bellacosadesign Thanks for your lovely comments about the blog - great to have a new reader!

    @This Home Sweet Home A Victorian town house would be lovely, especially with all the period features - would be great!

    @Kathy I know, the cutlery is my favourite - love all the different colours.

  5. A lovely selection of new products, thanks for highlighting them!

    Just in case you didn't realise, you've actually spelt her name wrong (missed the 't' off) and the website links don't work either. It should be Cath Kidston and www.cathkidston.co.uk.
